NYSA Referee Development Program – looking for one more referee

NYSA will be holding a Referee training on Sunday April 14 11:15 a.m.

Eligibility: Players who are in Grade 6-8 or 12-14 yo are eligible.

What’s offered: The program trains future referees to learn the rules of the game and how to manage a soccer game as a referee. It is a great way to learn communication skills, build confidence , mentor younger players and be a part of the soccer community. Being a referee is a great outdoor gig and pays $15 per game at the end of the season.

Requirement: Be available on training day Sunday April 14 11:15-3:00. Be available at least 1 or 2 more Sundays to referee the Grade 1-2 games.

Wait list: In case we are unable to accommodate you we will onboard you in the Fall ’24 season training.
